EarCare acts systematically nurturing throughout the ear, disperses independently as well as deep in the ear canal. So a particularly profound and lasting ear cleaning is achieved. In severe cases, an application over a longer period of time can be required because often deep-seated relics have to be cleaned. With conventional preparations the lower regions are usually not reached.
