Analytical constituents: Crude protein 6.6%, crude fat 2.2%, crude fiber 4.5%, crude ash 4.1%, sodium 0.05%.
How to use: Mix the baking mix with 135ml of water and mix to a dough. Let the dough rest for 15 min and knead thoroughly. Then thinly roll out and spread out any biscuits. In the preheated oven, bake approx. 60 min (depending on the thickness) at 150 ° C, then let it cool and store in a dry place.
Makes about 35 cookies.
