Light Diet contains both water-insoluble as well as water-soluble dietary fibers, which - due to their swelling capacity - can bind the gastric juice and trap toxins. The naturally contained mucilage covers the irritated gastrointestinal walls like a protective film and contribute to soothe them. In addition, Light Diet is rich in nutrients, vitamins, and carotenoids, and can help to protect the intestines from colonization by pathogenic germs. Our tried and tested herbal mixtures contain natural minerals and organic flavones and can contribute to flush out unwanted substances out of the body. In addition, the intestinal wall is supplied with energy to promote a 'positive microflora'.
