Singulares D3 Cod Liver oil is a high-value supplier for omega-3-fatty acids and vitamin D. Omega-3-fatty acid (for example linolenic acid) are polyunsaturated fatty acids, which cannot be created itselves by the body. Thus they are called essential and must be fed to the organism with the nutrition. Vitamin D is important for the builing of the bones and the regulation of the calcium balance.

Hemp oil is considered one of the most valuable oils by its, among the plant oils, highest content of valuable essential fatty acids, especially omega-3 and -6. The content of quite rare γ?-linolenic acid, vitamin E, minerals and triple unsaturated α?-linolenic acid, which must be supplied through the food, because the animal organism cannot form them, makes the Singulares Organic Hemp Oil a valuable supplier, which should not be absent in any balanced diet.
