Insecticide for the control of lice and nits
casaCare® LiceEx Textile Spray is a contact insecticide for the control of lice and nits on textiles and in the surroundings. The active substance geraniol, which is extracted from the leaves of the palmarosa geranium grass, destroys, among other things, the outer wax layers of the chitinous carapace, penetrates the respiratory openings, and leads to death by suffocation. In the development stage, the active substance encases the eggs/nits and blocks the oxygen supply.

Active substance: Geraniol 29 g/L. BAuA Reg.-No.: N-73293. With the active ingredient from the leaves of palmarosa geranium grass (Cymbopogon martinii).
Application recommendation: Spray casaCare® LiceEx Textile Spray directly onto the affected surfaces from a distance of approx. 10 cm until they are well moistened. Then allow it to work and dry. Then thoroughly vacuum the textiles with a vacuum cleaner. Repeat the application after 10-14 days and if necessary. Check sensitive materials for compatibility and material resistance before the first treatment.
Application rate: approx. 5 ml/m². Up to 250 ml bottle: 1 spray = ca. 0.15 ml. From 500 ml bottle: 1 spray = ca. 1.3 ml. Shake before use!
Storage not below 18°C.
WARNING • Contains geraniol. May produce an allergic reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid breathing mist/spray. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Dispose of contents/container to an authorized waste disposal site.
