Defence Concentrate Horse is an alternative to the conventional methods of repelling insects (e.g. ticks, mites). Due to its combination of essential oils, Defense Concentrate Horse meets all the requirements for an alternative to the usual synthetic toxins.

Uninvited visitors: Horses are regularly plagued by ticks, mites, lice, flies, mosquitoes, horseflies, etc. every summer during grazing season. These uninvited visitors bite, nest in the coat, suck blood, and cause itching. In some cases they even transmit serious diseases or can aggravate them, such as Lyme disease or Sweet Itch. Common repellents, such as sprays, creams, or ampoules, have almost all disadvantages. For example, they may have too short a mode of action or cause unnecessary toxic burde to the horse and its owner.

Warning notice: Do not use Defence Concentrate Horse in the eye area. The cineol contained in tea tree oil may cause eye irritation.

Composition: Melaleuca alternifolia oil, Simmondsia chinensis oil, Lavandula angustifolia oil, geraniol

Active substance: geraniol 3,0 g/kg, BAuA Reg.-No.: N-47639

Application recommendation: Massage 1 drop from your wetted finger into the skin daily for 3 weeks, near the torso on the insides of the legs as well as at the base of the ear. 1 drop corresponds to approx. 50 mg. Once basic stabilization is achieved, 1-2 applications weekly are sufficient.

If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Read label before use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid release to the environment. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Do NOT induce vomiting. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse. Dispose of contents/container to hazardous waste collection point.
